Natural Immune Formula

  • 1 part freshly chopped cayenne peppers (or the hottest peppers available)
  • 1 part freshly chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 part freshly grated ginger root
  • 1 part freshly grated horseradish root
  • 1 part freshly chopped white onions (or the hottest onions possible)

All the herbs and vegetables should be fresh (and organic), if possible. Use dried herbs only in an emergency. You should have no problem finding most of these herbs, but if you do, you could ask the produce manager for a special order, and if that doesn't work, look for them in an ethnic area of your town, such as Asian, Indian, etc. where people use these herbs in their everyday cooking.

Fill a glass jar ¾ full with equal parts of the above chopped and grated herbs. Now fill the jar to the top of the herbs with raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Cover the jar, shake vigorously. Now add enough vinegar to completely fill up the jar. This, as with all formulas, is best started on the new moon. On the full moon, approximately 14 days later, you would strain and bottle it. During the fourteen day period of time that this formula is in process, you want to shake it every time you walk by it, a minimum of once per day.

Dosage: 1 teaspoon 3 times daily to 1 tablespoon every ½ hour, depending on the person's physical condition.

A single dose is a half to one full ounce, preferably an ounce. Take the ounce and gargle with it thoroughly. Make sure it gets all over the right side and the left side of the throat and the tonsils. Then let it just slide down your throat, trying not to actually swallow. This should be done up to 8 times a day if you really need to recover from something.
